Nach meinem sozialwissenschaftlichen Studium arbeitete ich im Bereich Human Resources eines Berliner Internetunternehmens, bevor ich in die agile Arbeitswelt wechselte. Seit 6 Jahren bin ich erfolgreich als Beraterin und Coach tätig, angefangen bei einer Innovationsagentur als Agile Coach und seit 4,5 Jahren selbständig. Ich kollaboriere mit Beratungsunternehmen, um Ihre Kunden in Transformationsprozessen zu begleiten.

So arbeite ich mit Unternehmen verschiedenster Größen und aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, darunter Versicherungen, Automobilindustrie, e-Commerce oder IT. Der Fokus liegt dabei sowohl bei der Erarbeitung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen, wie auch bei der Entwicklung und dem Rollout von Target Operating Models. Auch unterstütze ich bei der Entwicklung innovativer Produkte oder Services. Das alles mithilfe von erprobten agilen Methoden.

Wie ich arbeite

Ich arbeite hauptsächlich remote und nutze Technologien, um eine nahtlose Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Teams weltweit zu ermöglichen. Bei Bedarf stehe ich aber auch vor Ort zur Verfügung, um praktische Unterstützung und einen persönlichen, auf die Bedürfnisse Ihres Unternehmens zugeschnittenen Service zu gewährleisten.

Zudem bevorzuge ich direkte und transparente Kommunikation ohne bürokratische Hürden, die eine reibungslose und effiziente Zusammenarbeit bei jedem Projekt gewährleistet.

Meine Arbeit stütze ich auf bewährte und effektive Methoden wie Design Thinking, Scrum und Kanban. Diese innovativen Methoden bieten einen soliden Rahmen für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Transformationsinitiativen und gewährleisten erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Ergebnisse.

Die agilen Werte sind integraler Bestandteil meines täglichen Lebens und meiner Arbeitsweise. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass sie zu einer hervorragenden Kollaboration und erstaunlich guten Ergebnissen führen.

Es hat mir immer Spaß gemacht mit Isis zusammenzuarbeiten, vor allem weil mir ihr strukturiertes Vorgehen sehr gefällt. Sie hat eine breite Wissensbasis und hinterfragt mutig den Status Quo, damit Kunden und Kollegen über sich hinauswachsen können. Sehr engagiert hat sie interne und externe Projekte vorangetrieben. Wir werden sicher auch zukünftig weiter zusammenarbeiten und uns austauschen.

Isis has grown as quickly as our business has, and her willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is something that always impressed me. I had the pleasure of working with Isis for almost 3 years at J2C, collaborating on several client and internal projects within the scope of our organization development. Isis is amazing at tackling new challenges and her ability to adapt and structure complex issues in agile ways results in successful progress. Her motivation and hands-on initiative make her a reliable and respected co-worker who is always on the lookout for creating value for the company. Her positive, friendly and helpful nature made working with Isis pleasant at any time.

Working with Isis was always a true pleasure. Whether it be tough times when deadlines called for speedy work, or times when somebody needed to step up and take on responsibility - Isis was always there to take on the challenge. Her profound knowledge on agile frameworks, her uplifting entrepreneurial spirit and team-player attitude were essential components and the basis for all of our successful projects and will be dearly missed.
