Über Isis Hauck

Nach meinem sozialwissenschaftlichen Studium arbeitete ich im Bereich Human Resources eines Berliner Internetunternehmens, bevor ich in die agile Arbeitswelt wechselte. Seit 6 Jahren bin ich erfolgreich als Beraterin und Coach tätig, angefangen bei einer Innovationsagentur als Agile Coach und nun als Unternehmerin. Ich kollaboriere mit Beratungen oder arbeite direkt mit Unternehmen, um innovative Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen.

So arbeite ich mit Unternehmen verschiedenster Größen und aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, darunter Versicherungen, Automobilindustrie, e-Commerce oder IT. Der Fokus liegt dabei sowohl bei der Erarbeitung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen, wie auch bei der Entwicklung und dem Rollout von Target Operating Models. Auch unterstütze ich bei der Entwicklung innovativer Produkte oder Services. Das alles mithilfe von erprobten agilen Methoden.
