Business Model Challenge
Description
In this challenge you will be guided through the development of a user-centered and innovative product or service and its business model. Our methodologies and professional moderation will help you understand your user and customer needs and develop specific solutions for outlined problems. At the end, you will have a structured business model and a clear plan as well as key instruments to start implementing your next steps.
The sessions will be held on Zoom and will be recorded and uploaded to a platform, so that you have access to the content any time later. We will work together in 6 live sessions (each 2 hours) in a period of 2,5 weeks. You will also be working on your challenge by yourself in between the sessions.
As we aim to give participants the possibility to participate worldwide, our common language is English.
Goals/Results
The user and the customer are known and their needs understood. A clear problem to be solved is defined. The solution is developed and the business model has been worked out in detail, your next steps are prioritized and you’re ready to start.
