Isis Hauck
After studying social sciences, I worked in the human resources department of a Berlin-based internet company before switching to the agile world of work. I have been working successfully as a consultant and coach for about 7 years, starting as an agile coach at an innovation agency and now as an entrepreneur. I collaborate with consultancies or work directly with companies to lead innovative projects to success.
I work with companies of various sizes and from different industries, including insurance, automotive, e-commerce and IT. The focus is mostly on the development of efficient processes and structures as well as the development and rollout of target operating models. I also provide support in the development of innovative products or services. All with the help of tried and tested agile methodologies.

I work primarily remotely, utilizing modern technologies to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and teams worldwide. However, I am also available onsite when required to provide hands-on support and a personalized service tailored to the needs of your business.
Direct and transparent communication is crucial for me to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration on every project. My work is based on proven and effective methods such as Design Thinking, Scrum and Kanban. I am always flexible and also use traditional methods as required.
My job is to choose what best fits the context of each client and project. These innovative approaches provide a solid framework for planning, executing and monitoring projects and transformation initiatives to achieve successful and sustainable results.
The agile values are an integral part of my daily life and way of working. I am convinced that they can lead to outstanding collaboration and amazing results.
